Egypt’s stocks close all green on Feb. 7

Egypt’s stock market closed in the green area on Wednesday. The main index, EGX30 rose by 2.33 per cent, to 27,905.95 points.

The small to mid-size enterprises’ index, EGX70 climbed by 0.13 per cent, to 6,768.52 points.

The index, EGX100 index jumped by 0.26 per cent, to 9,510.84 points.

The total market cap reached 1,968,883,740,407 Egyptian pounds.

Arabs and Non-Arab Foreigners transactions were mainly buying with a total of 104,567,640 Egyptian pounds, and 227,860,098 Egyptian pounds, respectively. Meanwhile, Egyptians were net sellers with 332,427,738 Egyptian pounds.

Top gainers on Tuesday

The shares of Mena Touristic & Real Estate Investment (MENA.CA) rose by 13.32 per cent, to close at the price of 2.050 Egyptian pounds a share.

The shares of Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals – SIDPEC (SKPC.CA) climbed by 12.81 per cent, to trade at the price of 41.400 Egyptian pounds a share.

The shares of Egyptian Media Production City Co (MPRC.CA) jumped by 12.80 per cent, to the purchasing price of 23.710 Egyptian pounds a share.

Top losers on Tuesday

The shares of Sabaa International Company for Pharmaceutical and Chemical (SIPC.CA) fell by 13.26 per cent, to close at 0.739 Egyptian pounds a share.

The shares of GB Corp (GBCO.CA) declined by 6.25 per cent, to close at 7.800 Egyptian pounds a share.

The shares of Ismailia Development and Real Estate Co (IDRE.CA) dropped by 4.99 per cent, to close at the price of 29.870 Egyptian pounds a share.
