El-Rashad’s 3 Companies Restructure for NILEX Listing
El-Rashad Asset and Portfolio Management has started restructuring three companies working in Sectors of Industries, Pharmaceuticals and Food aiming at adding them to NILEX list by the end of the current year.
The Chief executive Hamdy Rashad said that the capital of each company is less than L.E30 million emphasizing that this approach is included in El-Rashad’s role as one of the sponsors in the NILEX.
He forecasted that the three-company restructure processes would be accomplished by the end of the current year and consequently the procedures of listing them in the NILEX would start just after meeting with the listing conditions and requirements.
