ETA Assigns EGP 20 mln For Tourism Festivals

Egypt Tourism Authority (ETA) assigned EGP 20 million for the interior tourism sector in the authority for supporting and sponsoring the tourism festivals plus the awareness campaigns.

A reliable source of the Tourism Ministry said the authority allocated this sum to sponsor the festivals on the annual agenda, the sports festivals, cultural and also tourism festivals. These festivals reach 30 ones every year, the paramount festivals are Pharaohs Rally, rowing, horses festival, and Egyptian characters.

This sum includes the awareness campaigns which the authority launches to reactivate the interior tourism.
