Etisalat by e& to invest $194.4mln in Egypt during 2024

Etisalat by e& is set to invest at least six billion Egyptian pounds in Egypt during 2024, Asharq Business reported on Thursday, citing Chief Consumer Officer (CCO) Ahmed Yahia.

Yahia said in a press conference that he expects the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) to introduce new increases in telecom services before the end of 2023.

He also revealed that the company submitted a request to the NTRA to increase prices of telecom and internet services by marginal rates.

It is worth mentioning that in 2022, Emirati e& acquired Etisalat Misr and rebranded it as Etisalat by e&.
