Mohamed Al Morshedy, chairman of Textile Industries Chamber in Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), expected that the boom of ready-made clothes markets will be increased by 20% in the feast; referring that last year witnessed a state of recession exceeded 80% since the revolution broke out.
He added that the export and import movement may witness a state of boom after passing 6 months. He elaborated that the state hasn’t improved yet and it is suspended for most investors. He also criticized President Morsi’s electoral platform as he didn’t talk about developing the textile sector.
Mohamed Abdallah, clothes shop owner, on his side, said the markets witnessed low boom in feasts and occasions, in particular the kids wear, compared to the previous years which witnessed high turnout for all ages.
The clothes prices haven’t witnessed increase, due to the recession state plus suspending export from Syria, referring that the demand meets the display at the present time.
