Finance Ministry approves $920mln for 5 ministries in FY2015-16

Minister of Finance Hani Qadri approved a sum of EGP 7.2 billion (US$919.7 million) as top allocation for five ministries and the Egyptian Radio and Television Union (ERTU) in the current Fiscal Year 2015/2016 along with the monthly salaries allocations for employees in the State’s administrative bodies.

In statements on Saturday 18/7/2015, Qadri asserted that the ministry is keen on swiftly providing any financial allocations for State bodies to carry out their works and provide necessary commodities for citizens and offer them better services.

The allocations were approved for the ministries of supply, agriculture, petroleum, investment and social solidarity.
