Foreign investments in Egypt’s treasuries at $20bn August-end

Foreign investments in the Egyptian treasuries reached $20 billion at the end of August, Finance Minister Mohamed Maait said on Wednesday.

Foreign investment in Egyptian government debt instruments was $19.2 billion at the end of June. The July figure was not immediately available.
