Ms. Tahoun provides advises in international trade contracts and disputes, construction, IT, IP and labor matters, and finding suitable and effective forms of establishment of new businesses.

Ms. Tahoun ranging from advising on documents for establishing companies, branches, subsidiaries or international corporate structures, to giving corporate advice on day to day matters, attending Board and Shareholders meetings and obtaining and registering official authorisations, licenses and visas.

Ms. Tahoun participated in drafting Egyptian PPP law and played key role in drafting PPP related model agreements and direct agreements. She was the head of the legal team of the Egyptian government and successfully reached financial close of the first PPP in the MENA region (New Cairo Waste water Treatment Plant).

Ms. Tahoun provided advisory and other legal services to the government in various projects including (i.e. public private partnership projects, ATM project, developing of insurance law system, restructuring of Egyptian in flight services, waste collection).

Ms. Tahoun has extensive experience in drafting services agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, concession agreements, and finance agreements, sale of shares agreements, license agreements, construction agreements, agency agreements, lease agreements, supply agreements, employment agreements, manufacturing agreements and lease agreements.

Ms. Tahoun also involved in drafting legal opinions on a wide range of corporate issues and conducting legal due diligence reports in relation to construction, concessions, manufacturing, project finance, merger & acquisitions, swapping transactions, agency, aviation, oil and gas services, infrastructure and utility projects and tax related matters, arbitration and litigation in relation thereof.

Ms. Tahoun is highly specialized in the preparation and negotiation of tender offers for submission to public authorities, relevant contractual structures and arrangement of project financing and refinancing scheme.

Ms. Tahoun is specialized in various industries, including retail, shipping, distribution and logistics, health and medical, education, free zones, real estate, natural resources and energy.

Ms. Tahoun has extensively negotiated, drafted, and concluded some of the major contracts required by some of the most important joint venture businesses in Egypt and provided legal services to various clients.

Ms. Tahoun acts as legal deal maker to secure the best deal for the client and ensure the most successful legal position to maintain the clients’ business and commercial goals and clear contractual relationship.
