El Natat: Small Firms To Partner With Bigger Ones To Survive Crises

Haytham El Natat, Business Development Manager at P System Company, said the company cooperates with Oracle Training Company inside and outside Egypt. Oracle’s programs represent 60% of P-System’s business valued at EGP 0.6 million, El Natat said, adding that the total value of the Company’s investments is about EGP one million.

25th January revolution did not affect the Company’s business because of partnering with Oracle, El Natat noted, expecting the Company’s volume of investments to post EGP 1.4 million in 2012. The Company creates government electronic services portals in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

El Natat affirmed that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s role as a supervisor and monitor shall extend to play a key role in IT filed in all agencies and ministries so as to provide training for employees, save expenses, recognize and properly invest the competent human resources. Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology shall have representative offices in all Arab and African countries to advise the companies that plan to invest in these countries on their requirements which will increase the volume of investments in these countries, El Natat suggested.

Small companies shall merge to be able to compete with large companies, El Natat said, adding that Africa is the only way for boosting the performance of small companies especially that the continent is a fertile environment for growth.

P System plans to set up a branch in Saudi Arabia or Dubai to further extend their services to Arab Gulf countries as well as expand in southern Africa through partnering with archiving, automation, electronic portals and security providers.

The Company will launch a product by the beginning of 2013 to facilitate processing automation and archiving at the same time and another to monitor and measure the efficiency and performance of people through charts and numbers rating the performance of the companies which will be accessed through mobile phones.
