Hesham Zazou Plans Enhancing Tourism Cooperation With Iraqi Kurdistan

Mr. Hesham Zazou, Egyptian Minister of Tourism, discussed enhancing the tourism cooperation between Egypt and Iraqi Kurdistan, in addition to opening promising tourism markets that work on restoring the normal rates of tourism.

These deliberations came during Zazou’s visit to Iraqi Kurdistan yesterday; along with an Egyptian tourism delegation includes some representatives of the tourism sector.

Zazou has welcomed the visit, as it is the first visit to Iraqi Kurdistan that made by an Egyptian Minister of Tourism. He added that he invited his Iraqi Kurdish counterpart to visit to Cairo and to work towards organizing mutual introductory tours for the representatives of the governmental as well as private tourism sectors

During his visit, the Egyptian minister convened meetings with representatives of the tourism companies in Iraqi Kudistan and different media, more and over meeting the PM of Kurdistan, Nechirvan Idris Barzani.
