  • Sleep well

Sleep plays an important role in the functioning of immune system, metabolism and even our learning.Getting a good 8-hour sleep is a must to keep both, our mind and body healthy.

  • Exercise

Staying at home for prolonged periods of time can pose a significant challenge for remaining physically active. So, you should take short active breaks during the day,  follow an online exercise class., reduce your sedentary time by standing up whenever possible.

  • Meditate

  •  Eat Healthy

Ensure plenty of fruits and vegetables, and limit the intake of salt, sugar and fat. Prefer whole grains rather than refined foods.
