Jordan announces investment opportunity to build ‘Tourism and Entertainment City’

The Jordanian Ministry of Investment shared investment opportunity for the establishment of “Tourism and Entertainment City” on its online platform on Tuesday.

The project will require an investment worth $12 million and has a projected internal return rate of 15.2 per cent.

It is situated on a prime 54,672.90 sqm plot of land near Ghamadan Park on the Airport Road.

The city is 18 kilometres from Queen Alia International Airport and 12 kilometres from the city centre.

It will offer diversity of attractions and pricing options to cater to various segments of society.

It is also set to include a public park, food and beverage establishments, shops, water games, and cutting-edge virtual reality experiences, According to Petra news agency.
