Jordan’s exports to GAFTA countries up in Nov. ’24

Jordan’s exports to the Greater Arab Free Trade Area (GAFTA) countries rose 15.6 per cent in November 2024, totalling JD 3.257 billion compared to JD 2.818 billion in November 2023, as reported by official statistics from the Jordan News Agency.

Jordan’s imports from GAFTA countries increased 8.5 per cent to JD 4.694 billion in 2023 from JD 4.326 billion. This reduced the trade deficit with GAFTA countries to JD 1.437 billion from JD 1.508 billion in 2023.
