Juhayna’s Egyfood Inks EGP74 mln Loan with CIB Egypt

Egypt’s Juhayna Food Industries (JUFO.CA) announced on Monday that its affiliate the Egyptian Company for Food Industries (Egyfood) has secured a EGP 74 million loan from the Commercial International Bank (CIB) – Egypt.

The medium-term loan is designed to finance EgyFood’s new factory in Asyut governorate, seeking to import new equipments to meet the growing market’s needs. This comes within Juhayna’s investment scheme for the upcoming phase.

Juhayna, one of the country’s largest dairy product and juice makers, has volume of investments exceeds EGP 200 million in Asyut governorate.
