Lenovo Group Limited is launching its first smartphone in Egyptian market this month. Therefore, Lenovo is determined to become the third biggest vendor of smartphones in Egypt by fourth quarter, said Rony Mezeraani – General Manager at Lenovo LENA region (levant, North Africa and Egypt).

In fact, Lenovo registers a 26 percent in total tablet market share in Egypt, added Mezeraani. It also acquires a 29 percent in total laptop market share in the Arab most populous state.

By end of 2013, Lenovo reported $39 billion revenues, amid expectations of witnessing more growth by 2014-end in the light of launching its new smartphone products.
