MARAKEZ invests EGP6.3 bln in Egyptian market since inception in 2017
MARAKEZ, one of the largest mixed-use developers in Egypt, has volume of investments in the Egyptian market 6.3 billion pounds since its inception in 2015, according to Ashraf Farid ,Chief Business Development Officer.
He further told Amwal Al Ghad that the company is currently carrying out number of projects including The District 5, the residential district affiliated to Mall of Arabia, Mall of Tanta and Mall of Mansoura.
He explained that the residential part of Mall of the Arabia includes 40 residential buildings with ground heights and 3 floors, the first of which scheduled to be delivered next October, in addition to 3 residential towers, namely Aeon Towers, comprising 3 residential towers.
He further noted the company’s residential projects have achieved sales amounted to 2.7 billion Egyptian pounds since 2017, of which one billion pounds achieved through the residential towers of Aeon Towers and 1.570 million pounds achieved through sales of apartments and town houses in District 5.
