Mashro’ak finances 213.5K projects across Egypt

The national community development project “Mashro’ak” has financed 213.5 thousand projects with loans totalling EGP 29.3 billion since its launch in 2015, creating over 1.44 million job opportunities across Egypt, Minister of Local Development, Manal Awad, stated.

Awad affirmed that the current focus of Mashro’ak is on expanding real, community-driven projects in governorates, fostering innovation, and helping small businesses turn environmental challenges into job opportunities. The project also aims to encourage entrepreneurship among youth by promoting small-scale projects with low capital requirements.
