Tarek Shabaka, CEO at MCS, said the new project is targeting mechanizing 500 residential units among the residential community of the major real estate development company, rejecting to reveal the name of the real estate developer who the company has contracted with him.
Shabaka added that MCS has finalized in the first quarter of this year the mechanizing of 150 units inside Baron city , and the labor period of the per-unit is ranging between 3 days and 2 weeks at latest.
Shabaka has explained that MCS is finalizing within days the distribution of 40 units including apartments and villas in collaboration with the International Center for real estate company ‘Compound’ smart life, explaining that his company completed the delivering of 40 units earlier.
Shabaka has pointed out that the cost of mechanizing the residential unit entirely do not exceed 2% from the total price offered , noting that the company is contracting with the real estate developer so as to add the required mechanizing services.
Shabaka has believed that the main aim of adding smart features for homes especially in the closed residential communities due to providing high security equipments in the residential units, asserting that the offered regulations will grant the owner the right to identify people through a connected camera to the system as well as providing a password to enter the house and it will be disabled immediately after the arrival of the owner.
Moreover, Shabaka has asserted that the Egyptian market is witnessing steady growth regarding the market volume as it is doubling every year in addition, increasing the number of companies-saving smart techniques in homes to reach around 5-6 companies operating in the sector, asserting that the real estate developers have adopted smart – saving techniques as it has competitive advantages attracting a large number of customers without adding costly burdens.
