Egypt’s property developer Metawee Group is planning to deliver LaVida Compound project in New Heliopolis within 2019, with investments worth 42 million Egyptian pounds ($2.3 million).
Mohammed Metawee, chairman of Metawee Group, told Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday that the project would provide 500 housing units at various spaces.
LaVida Compound is being developed on three construction phases, Metawee stated, adding that the company has finished the first and second phases.
“We are set to complete the project’s third phase within 2019,” Metawee noted.
He concluded that the project includes three small residential districts; Venice, Napoli, and Milan.
