Misr Italia to carry out Kai Sahel in North Coast next year

Egypt’s real estate developer Misr Italia Properties is planning to start executing its flagship Kai Sahel in North Coast resort within the first half of 2019, co-chief executive said on Monday.

The project is with investments totalling five billion Egyptian pounds ($279.5 million), Mohamed Hany El Assal further added.

“We had posted sales exceeding 1.5 billion pounds from the project, which will include a five-star hotel,” El Assal said.
