MNHD sells EGP1.145bln plot in Taj City to Minka Investment

Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD) has an agreement to sell a land plot in Taj City, east Cairo, to Minka Real Estate Investment for 1.145 billion Egyptian pounds .

Minka, a Sallam family venture,  has bought the land to establish a residential project  in Taj city that has been designed by the Canadian SVN.

The company added that it still own other land plots in various places  including two million square meters within  Taj city, 3.5 million square meters in the Saray project, and 436.8 thousand square meters in  West Assiut.

MNHD  has sold another piece of land to Minka to carry out its boutique development THE HOFT in Cobalt Business District at Taj City which was a great success.

THE HOFT was a mixed-use project comprising of commercial, residential, and administrative units fledged on six floors with a total built up area of around 15,000 sqm.

Taj City is in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and offers easy access to Cairo’s key districts, featuring an array of luxurious residential units, commercial areas, retail stores, medical facilities, and international academic offerings.

The mixed-use development boasts units with sizes ranging from 83 to 300 square meters, with varying modules. Interested buyers are to benefit from Taj City’s ten-year installment plan with a 0% down payment.
