Mobinil: No Term Sheet Signed With Arrangers of EGP 2.6 Bln Loan

Egyptian Company for Mobile Services Mobinil – (EMOB.CA) denied signing the finance term sheet regarding a loan arranged by 4 banks; the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, Commercial International Bank (CIB) and HSBC. Mobinil asserted that the company did not take any tangible procedures in its loan.

Mobinil said the company periodically meet with the four banks to discuss the loan agreement.

Mobinil added that it will inform the Egyptian Exchange in case of signing any loan deals.
