Mrs Ghabbour Sells 10.8 Mln Shares To Son For EGP 321.5 Mln

GB Auto (AUTO.CA) announced that Ola Lotfy Zaki Wahba, the wife of the company’s CEO Raouf Ghabbour, sold on Thursday10.827.926 shares to her sons the board member Nader Raouf and Kamal Raouf for EGP 321.5 million.

Mrs. Ghabbour sold 5.413.963 shares for each son through the market price EGP 29.70.

It is worth noting that GB Auto’s issued capital is valued at EGP 129 million distributed to 129 million securities in which the par value amounts to EGP 1 per share.
