OCI N.V. Launches Extension of Its GDR Offer for OCI S.A.E.

OCI N.V. announced today the re-opening of its exchange offer enabling eligible holders of all remaining Regulation S global depositary receipts (GDRs) of Orascom Construction Industries S.A.E. – OCI S.A.E. (OCIC) to tender their GDRs in exchange for ordinary shares of OCI N.V.
