The oil prices went down on Tuesday by a percentage of -1.21 percent to trade at a value of $79.84 per barrel.

Brent crude futures slipped by 1.08 percent to $84.26 a barrel.

WTI crude traded at $79.95 a barrel, after it dropped also by 1.08 percent.
