ON TV Channel has violated the election silence through covering the presidential elections. The channel hosted a supporter of Hamdeen Sabahy who urged people to elect his candidate, a stark violation of electoral regulations.

The TV presenter Youssef El Husseiny said on his twitter account that he asked the guest not to promote for any candidate, but the he broke the rules.

Al hayat TV channel also violated the election silence through broadcasting a popular conference held for Ahmed Shafik.
