Orascom Development seen establishing O-WEST during Q4 2019

Orascom Development Egypt (ODE) to start implementing its new flagship O West during the fourth quarter of 2019.

In addition, the company would start delivering the units within four after  commencing the construction works.

Orascom has announced the official launch of O West in in 6th October in December 2018. It has completed selling the first and second phases of the project with intentions to launch the third phase within September 2019.

O-West is a public-private partnership project (PPP) in collaboration with New Urban Communities Authority, an agency under Egyptian Ministry of Housing.

The fully-fledged residential project is spanning over 1,000 feddans or 4.2 million square metres, O-West is to include a bunch of medical and entertainment centres as well as housing units, varying between villas and apartments.
