Overseas Tours to Deliver Rehab Residential Project by Early 2015

Overseas Tours has decided to deliver the first phase of its residential project in Rehab city by the beginning of 2015 at an investment cost of about EGP 100 million.

Ahmed Ashour, Chairman of Overseas Tours’ Board of Directors, stated that the first phase includes 3 buildings, which represent two-thirds of the project’s volume in general.

He added that the project consists of 73 apartments, including 212 rooms allocated to tourist housing, pointing out that the project’s schedule was affected by the recent events and the decline in foreign tourism.
