Poland’s Pietrucha studies moving regional hub to Egypt

Poland-based Pietrucha Group, one of the biggest PVC windowsills producers in Europe, is planning to move its regional hub in Africa to Egypt, an official from Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA) announced Sunday.

Mohamed Youssef, EBA’s executive director, said the association would hold a roundtable Monday with senior officials from Pietrucha to discuss means of cooperation between the Polish firm and potential local partners operating in construction sector.

Pietrucha has expressed keenness to enter into partnership with Egyptian firms to carry out joint projects in Egypt and Africa in the coming phase, Youssef added.

Earlier, Pietrucha announced plans to pump new investments into Egypt’s Suez Canal development axis region in the coming few years.

Pietrucha is a technologically advanced company in a plastic materials processing branch. The company uses modern machinery and equipment to extrude plastic materials.
