Political Tensions Defer Study In Plastic Industry Institute

The political tensions and incidents that are taking place this current year led to delaying the study in the Plastic Industry Institute till the new semester next September, after finishing the preparations in the classes.

Dr Emad Abdel Shafey, CEO of the institute, told Amwal Al Ghad that the political tensions led to delaying the arrival of equipments and machines concerning the laboratories and classes. He elaborated that the study is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical.

He has referred that will bestow an accredited certificate from the Egyptian Ministry of Education and the Italian Institute of “CosmoPlast”, which will be a partner in management.

The Plastic Division, at the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), has signed a cooperation protocol with Efficient Production Department, and the Egyptian Plastic Exporters and Manufacturers Association (EPEMA) to establish an institute for plastic industry in Al Abbasya, at an initial cost of EGP 15 million.
