Egypt’s Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment Company plans to complete developing four buildings over 6,000 square metres in downtown Cairo at the end of 2017, its chairman Karim Shafei said Sunday.
“We own 23 buildings in downtown Cairo,” Shafei further added.
Established in 2008, Al Ismaelia focuses on acquiring and renovating prime properties in downtown Cairo with the aim of revitalising the historic neighborhood and celebrating its unique, organic, and urban framework.
