“Djezzy” Provided High Training For Algerian Youth

A source close to the company of Orascom Telecom Algeria “Djezzy”, said that the number of frames in foreign labor within the company in Algeria does not exceed 30 fps engineers from Arab and European nationalities, or about 0.1% of the total employees of the company, which is 4700 to the end of June 2012, adding that the foreign competencies present in the field and in specialties with high added value, were able to do the actual transfer of technology to Algeria during the last 10 years, allowing the Algerian youth frames to get the highest levels in the specialties relevant to the IT mobile communications.

The same source told Echorouk that, the genuine transfer of technology carried out by the frames of the company Orascom Telecom Algeria “Djezzy”, allowed about 80 Algerian engineers and technicians to work in many countries in Africa and the Middle East, as high-level experts and officials in telecom mobile companies  in the Sahel countries and Tunisia particularly, and become important graduates from the most prestigious universities in Europe and North America.

The source confirmed that workers of Orascom Telecom Algeria “Djezzy” among Algerian youth graduated from local universities, have benefited over the last years of the millions of hours of training in disciplines related activities that they practice within the company, adding that the Algerian youth workers in the company becomes able to produce services with high added value, which can be exported abroad, and able to compete the solutions that were in a close time imported from abroad.
