Remco To Delivers Phase 1 of Sedi Abdel Rahman Project

Remco for Tourism Villages Construction Co. (RTVC) said it will deliver phase 1 of Sedi Abdel Rahman Project next month.

Oncy Youssef, investors’ relation manager, said the company was able to achieve EGP 500 million sales; 99% total of units which reached 800 units on an area of 1.6 million cubic meters in Sedi Abdel Rahman Gulf.

On the other context, Oncy referred that the value of the units that are ready to be sold during the current period is EGP 1.8 billion; particularly in Stella Heights project.

The company in Q1 of 2012 achieved EGP 5.007 million net losses, slashed by 83.5% comparing to EGP 30.404 million net losses in 2011.
