Russia’s coronavirus cases surpass 80,000

Russia confirmed on Sunday 6,361 new coronavirus cases, bringing its national case count to 80,949.
The country also reported 66 additional deaths due to the pandemic on Sunday, taking the death count to a new total of 747, according to the Russian official crisis response centre.
