Sami Saad Gets Turkish Approval For Producing Polypropylene In Egypt

Mr. Adel El Lamei , H. Consul of the Republic of Turkey at Port Said And Suez, said the Egyptian businessmen Sami Saad, chairman of German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce,  has signed a protocol with Turkish companies to establish a joint venture for producing Polypropylene with $ 160 million. This protocol was signed during President’s Morsi visit to Turkey.

El Lamei said several contracts, which the two sides have settled on, will be signed after finishing the negotiations about several fields to boost the Turkish investments in Egypt and the economic cooperation between the two countries; referring that the Turkish side keens on increasing the investments volumes in the Egyptian market.

President Mohamed Morsi has visited Turkey to have bilateral talks with his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gül and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish Prime Minister, besides attending the 3rd conference of Turkish Justice and Development Party (JDP).
