Saudi CPC to start works on industrial zone in Egypt’s Sadat City August-end

Saudi-based Construction Products Holding Co. (CPC) plans to start the construction works of a new industrial zone in Sadat City, 94km (58 miles) north of Cairo, at the end of next August.

CPC, the industrial arm of Saudi Binladin Group, will utilise and develop the new zone that is initially expected to cost around 400 million Egyptian pounds ($24.1 million), general manager Mohamed El Yafi said on Sunday.

The construction works of the industrial zone, spanning over 1.1 million square metres, are expected to be completed within August 2020, El Yafi further told Amwal Al Ghad.
