Saudi Housing Ministry to build 3,130 homes in three provinces

Saudi Housing Ministry signed on Wednesday an agreement with a firm to build five projects, including 3,130 housing units, in Riyadh, Hail, and Al-Qassim provinces.

The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Minister of Housing Majed Al-Huqail at the Ministry’s headquarters.

According to the agreement, the projects include 250 housing units in Al-Dawadmi governorate, and 200 units in Al-Majmaa, as well as 1,000 housing units in Hail, and 1,345 in Buraidah and 335 in Unaizah, both in Al-Qassim province.

The housing units will be allotted to program’s registered beneficiaries. The Development Housing Program said in a statement that the agreement comes as a continuation of a series of agreements aimed at building housing units in a number of cities and governorates.
Mazen Al-Dawood, general supervisor of the program, assured that more housing units will be made available for its beneficiaries from various regions of the Kingdom in coordination with the non-profit sector, represented by charity societies.
