A delegation from the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) departs next Sunday for China to discuss the investment opportunities of SCZONE, and explore ways to cooperate in new projects with China’s TEDA Group in Sokhna.

The delegation which headed by SCZone’s president Waleid Gamal El-Dien, will attend the Egyptian-Chinese Investment Forum in Beijing to discuss targeted industrial sectors in SCZONE, whether in the affiliated ports or the industrial zones.

Gamal El-Dien added, “we are trying to give the Chinese business community a glimpse of what we have achieved, as well as to meet major Chinese companies and advance relations between the two sides…”

This promotional mission to the Chinese capital, Beijing – the second station for SCZONE in the Asian continent – comes as part of the efforts towards attracting various investments and achieving SCZONE’s strategy for 2020/2025.
