SFD Pumps EGP613mln for SMEs within Q1

The total financing of Small and Medium Sized Projects SMEs hit around EGP613 million within the first quarter of the ongoing year.

 The financing divides into EGP351.6 million for small projects of 2100 projects and 11.261 thousands job opportunities have been provided along with funding 38.74 thousands of micro projects with total funding up EGP201 million and 35.5 job opportunities have been provided, Hanaa Al Hilali, Secretary General of Social Fund for Development said.

 Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad Arabic’s Website, Al Hilali explained that that SFD pumped EGP61.2 million for infrastructure and community development projects worth EGP 61.2 million and 1.052million daily work has been provided.

 The total financing of fund for small projects reached up EGP1.450million, in addition EGP700million pumped for micro projects.
