Singapore’s non-oil domestic exports (NODX) grew by 3.4 per cent in November 2024, rebounding from a -4.7 per cent decline in the previous month. Electronics sector saw growth, while non-electronics declined.
Total trade in November 2024 increased by 5.0 per cent year-on-year, reversing the previous month’s decline. Total exports and imports both grew, with exports increasing by 5.1 per cent and imports by 4.9 per cent.
Non-oil retained imports of intermediate goods (NORI) declined in November 2024, reaching S$2.8 billion, lower than the previous month’s S$4.9 billion and the corresponding period in 2023.
