Sisi approves €8M EU-funded agreement for next generations programme

Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi approved on Thursday the €8 million financing agreement for the EU Support for Next Generations Programme, signed with the European Union (EU) in June 2024.

The decision comes after a review of Article 151 of the Constitution and Cabinet approval. The agreement now awaits ratification.

The approval was officially announced in the official gazette.
