Smart Village Co Deters Tender to Establish New Hotel

Smart Villages Development & Management Company decided to delay offering RfP of launching a hotel in Smart Village Sixth of October city which schedule to be offered during the first quarter of 2014.

Senior sources in the village told that the delay is not due to any political reasons or the new reshuffle, noting that the launch will be within the current year.

Dr. Adel Danish, Board of Smart Villages company asserted that his company is working to offer a tender for launching a hotel includes commercial mall that will be launched early 2016.

He explained that the company is targeting to launch outpatient clinics and lab tests, medical services and shops , some restaurants and cafeterias to serve the workers within the village.

The total investments’ value reached EGP7 billion and the paid up capital up around EGP560 million entire the village.
