Xperia Go, Sony’s First Scratch and Water Proof Mobile in Egypt

Sony, the world’s leading company in mobile industry, has recently launched a smartphone entitled “Xperia Go”  in Egyptian and international markets. This mobile uses the latest version of the optimum software “Android 2.3,”  which will be updated soon to Ice Cream Sandwich to provide the Egyptian consumer with many features and innovative services.

Sony emphasized that this new mobile phone has many startling features  including its unique design and resistance to all natural circumstances like water.

The company stated that the size of the mobile is 9.8 mm and that it is a dust-proof and  water- resistant phone. It has a touch screen “TFT”, invulnerable to scratches, sized 3.5 inches, equipped with Bavaria search engine  and QWERTY key board that can be displayed on the screen.The Bavaria engine  enables multi-taksing between applications  with only one touch. The mobile is also provided with a battery extender so as to remain charged with electric power for a long time.

Xperia Go has a NovaThor U8500 dual-core processor, with a pace of 1 GHz, a 5-mega pixel camera  which allows taking a photo in only 1 second, and an automatic LED flash with high-definition. The camera captures images very quickly and records videos with high resolution up to 720 pixel.
