The Sudanese civil aviation authority extended the closure of Sudan’s airspace until 31 July, with the exception of humanitarian aid and evacuation flights.
However, they must take permission from authorities, according to a statement made by the Khartoum International Airport on Monday.
Sudanese airspace and aviation system was shut down after the eruption of a military conflict between the country’s army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in mid-April.
