Egyptian composite insurer Suez Canal Insurance (SCI) says it has won a policy bid to insure a number of new flagships worth five billion Egyptian pounds ($282.3 million) in New El Alamein City, northwest of Cairo.
These projects will include the implementation of infrastructure works as well as units and residential towers in the city, engineering sector head at SCI Moshira Maamoun told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday.
“The country carried out a bunch of national projects during the last years,” Maamoun further said, adding that they participated in supporting all the insurance sectors, notably the state’s engineering insurance.
