Talaat Moustafa named Egypt’s top real estate developer for 2018

Egypt’s Talaat Moustafa Group Holding was named on Monday The Top Real Estate Developer in Egypt for 2018, at a gala award event in Cairo.

Dubbed “Egypt Summit for the Best”, the annual award event was organised by Amwal Al Ghad Magazine under the auspices of Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly.

Omar Abdel Rahman, Chief Marketing Officer, received the honouring award on behalf of TMG from Minister of Public Business Sector Hisham Tawfik during announcing the top 100 firms operating in the Egyptian market.

The top 100 companies classification was a result of a poll conducted by Amwal Al Ghad economic institution in collaboration with Shuaa Securities, Egypt, a subsidiary of Shuaa Capital.

The rating criteria were determined this year through analysis of the data and financial indicators for all the firms listed in the Egyptian stock exchange market according to revenues, net profit, and their market value relative weights, over a specific period of time. The event aims to encourage investors and businessmen to increase their investments in the local market and to ensure the implementation of comprehensive development projects.
