TAQA Arabia wins Talaat Harb Award at Amwal Al Ghad 2026

TAQA Arabia won the Talaat Harb Award at the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2026 on Monday, in recognition of its role in supporting Egypt’s industrial growth and energy infrastructure.

The award, named after Talaat Harb, one of Egypt’s most influential economic figures, recognises institutions that have made lasting contributions to economic development and national progress.

TAQA Arabia was recognised for its expanding role in energy distribution, utilities and infrastructure development, as the company continues to support key industrial, commercial and residential sectors across Egypt.

The company has played a growing role in strengthening Egypt’s energy ecosystem through investments in gas, electricity, water and renewable energy projects, aligning with the country’s broader efforts to diversify its economy and improve infrastructure efficiency.

The award was presented during the 11th edition of the annual Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony in Cairo, held under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly.

This year’s event, held under the theme “Leading the Narrative: Shaping the Future,” brought together government officials, business leaders, and investors to recognise achievements across Egypt’s economic and corporate sectors.
