Telecommunications Tops EGX-Listed Sectors In Week, Real Estate Third

During last week’s trading, Telecommunications has topped EGX-listed sectors recording a volume of trades of 258.7million securities worth EGP 273.9 million.

Financial Services excluding Banks Sector has come second having a volume of trades of 165.2 million securities worth EGP 574.8 million.

Real Estate has ranked third reporting a volume of trades of 154.4 million securities worth EGP 675.4 million.

Construction and Materials came fourth getting a volume of trades of 60.7 million securities worth EGP 356.9 million.

Fifthly, Personal and Household Products  sector has had a volume of trades of 44.4 million securities worth EGP 200.4 million.

Industrial Goods and Services and Automobiles sector has come sixth having a volume of trades of 38.5 million securities worth EGP 119.4 million.

Seventhly, Travel & Leisure has recorded a volume of trades of 29.3 million securities worth EGP 52.9 million.

Eighthly, Food and Beverage Sector has reported a volume of trades of 28.7 million worth EGP 145.6 million.

Ninthly, Basic Resources Sector has had a volume of trades 20.6 million securities worth EGP 243.1 million.

Banks Sector has come tenth achieving a volume of trades of 12.2 million securities worth EGP 251.5 million.

Chemicals Sector has ranked eleventh reporting a volume of trades of 8 million securities worth EGP 96.4 million.

At the bottom of the list, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals Sector has recorded a volume of trades of 5.3 million securities worth EGP 18 million.
