TMG Holding wins Developer of the Year Award at Amwal Al Ghad Awards 2025

Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding, one of Egypt’s largest real estate and hospitality conglomerates, has been named winner of the Developer of the Year Award at the 2025 Amwal Al Ghad Awards, recognising its pioneering role in shaping Egypt’s urban landscape.

The award was presented at a ceremony on Monday at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza in Cairo, honouring TMG for its landmark projects, innovation in large-scale urban development, and commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth.

TMG was praised for its continued success in delivering integrated communities that combine residential, commercial, educational, and leisure facilities, as well as its efforts to incorporate smart city technologies and green infrastructure across its developments.

The Amwal Al Ghad Awards, launched in 2015, recognise companies and leaders making significant contributions to Egypt’s economic progress and sustainable development.
