Total Investments of CIS-Egypt Up to EGP75mln in May

The total Investments value of Cooperative Insurance Society (CIS) reached around EGP75million at the end of May 2014, Refky Lotfy Rashed, Managing Director said.

Speaking to Amwal  Al Ghad Arabic’s Website, Lotfy noted that the revenues of investment portfolio boosted to 10% instead of 4% in the last previous year of 2012/2013, noting that the cash liquidity of the company reached EGP35million at May-end.

CIS is currently considering launching mutual fund with fixed income by the upcoming phase, adding that the investment channels will be identified according to the available investment’s environment.
